Pega Certified Architect

TISTA Science and Technology is seeking Pega Certified Senior System Architects and/or Pega Certified Lead Systems Architect to join our Pega practice in support of a dynamic and evolving Federal Government customer.

The Pega Architect(s) will work collaboratively within the PMO team to partner with developers, government IT staff, and multiple Agile Scrum teams to support the software development lifecycle to deploy timely, usable IT functionality to business customers. They will perform as technical experts to liaison with other teams

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a directly related field
  • Current Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
  • 5+ years performing as a Pega certified architect
  • Experience with supporting teams utilizing Agile development methodology
  • Ability to set, evaluate and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding as well as other technology standards
  • Partner with business analysis and functional teams with technical oversight to ensure IT solutions meet end user needs
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of an integrated team
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with programmers and other IT staff and non-IT functional areas
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
