The Project Manager shall oversee and be responsible for all aspects of a large scale, enterprise implementation of a Continuous Diagnostic and Monitoring (CDM) solution, including leading the team, managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budget in accordance with Federal, IRS standards and guidelines. The Project Manager shall also hold responsible of ensuring quality customer service and maintain a good working relationship with all customer staff, in support of the CDM program. The Project Manager will conduct meetings, presentations and briefings related to all phases of the project, while ensuring financial goals of the company is met. Manage complex project-related issues and the implementation of solutions that involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, components and financial management. Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for product selection, systems development, systems maintenance and operations for necessary support resources. The Project Manager shall also act as liaison to IRS Business Units, System Owners and stakeholders for routine business purposes.
